We measure the floor or wall for flatness and correct it — tile can't fix a substrate that's out of tolerance.

Waterproof & Layout

Wet areas get a full membrane, then we dry-lay the pattern so cuts fall in the least visible places.

Set & Space

Tile is back-buttered where needed and set with consistent spacing and no lippage between pieces.

Grout & Seal

Grout, clean, seal, and silicone every corner and transition so water has nowhere to get behind.
